Using your mailing list:
- After you have completed your design and proceeded to the checkout page, you will be asked to upload your mailing list.
- The list can be supplied in Excel or .csv format. Canadian addresses only will be accepted.
- At a minimum, your list should contain separate fields for Name, Address, City, Province, and Postal Code. You may include other fields as well.
- Before mailing, your mailing list will be passed through Address Verification and Correction to ensure the records meet Canada Post standards.

Designing personalized mail with your mailing list.
Aside from adding images and text to your custom Addressed Card, you can also include variable data using your mailing list.
Simply indicate which fields in your mailing list are to be used in your design by enclosing the field name in left and right angle brackets, i.e. <First Name>
